EQ News was created by our 2023 PR interns from MSU’s Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) Chapter during a period of active publication. Since then, our core team has focused on launching new programs, expanding partnerships, and sustaining daily operations as our founders prepared for medical school and entered the workforce.

Looking ahead, we’re collaborating with several of those same students to establish a longstanding strategic partnership with PRSSA. Under this model, a rotating team of student professionals will take on Equiduct as an ongoing client—producing EQ News, managing media outreach, and supporting a long-term communications strategy. This partnership offers PR students agency, real-world experience, and another meaningful way to give back to their community.
